I have brought you the easiest and most delicious vegan bundt cake video recipe. It requires such simple ingredients and is so quick to prepare that I am sure that if you try it once, you will make it again and again. The cake is moist, tender, and fluffy in texture, thanks to the oil. At first, you may think that adding less oil would have been better, but the next day you will realize that so much was needed. If you like sweeter desserts, you can use 2 cups of sugar.

Vegan chocolate bundt cake

  • 360 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 340 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • 240 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar


  • Sift flour and cocoa into a bowl. Add in sugar, salt, baking soda, and vanilla sugar, and mix well.
  • Add vinegar, water, and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix with a hand whisk.
  • If you use a silicone mold, pour the dough directly, otherwise, grease it with oil.
  • Put it in an oven heated to 150-160 °C and bake for 60-70 minutes. Check with a toothpick, if it comes out dry, it is ready.
  • Be sure to cool the cake in the form and then take it out.
    Note that if you use a different shape, with a larger diameter, the baking time will be reduced.
