Avocado Cream with Cottage Cheese and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 50 g cottage cheese (I used 6% fat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
