This is a very simple and delicious dish that goes well with rice.
Teriyaki Vegetables
Ingredients
- 900 g cauliflower
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 green bell peppers
- 230 g Teriyaki sauce
- 1 bunch of parsley
- to taste salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Finely chop onion and garlic, cut the bell peppers (seeded) into juliennes. Separate the cauliflower heads and chop them – put them in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- On an oiled heated pan, fry the onion, when it caramelizes, add garlic and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes, after 3-4 minutes add the roasted cauliflower and mix well.
- When the vegetables are soft, add the peeled, diced tomatoes and the teriyaki sauce, after a few minutes, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat in 1-2 minutes.Bon Appetit!
