Finely chop onion and garlic, cut the bell peppers (seeded) into juliennes. Separate the cauliflower heads and chop them - put them in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
On an oiled heated pan, fry the onion, when it caramelizes, add garlic and bell pepper for 1-2 minutes, after 3-4 minutes add the roasted cauliflower and mix well.
When the vegetables are soft, add the peeled, diced tomatoes and the teriyaki sauce, after a few minutes, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat in 1-2 minutes.Bon Appetit!
