Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 500 g pork mince
- 3 onions
- 1 carrot
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100-150 ml milk
- 180 ml white wine
- 850 g tomato
- 180 ml beef broth
- to taste salt & pepper
Instructions
Heat the pan, pour oil and add beef and pork mince, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook for several minutes. When the meat turns brown, add finely chopped onion and carrot, mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Then add finely chopped garlic, mix, and add wine in 2 minutes, and milk, tomato puree and broth (if you don't have broth, water) after 3 minutes. Mix well and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Stir periodically. Add cooked spaghetti to the prepared sauce.Bon Appetit!
