Spaghetti bolognese

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 3 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100-150 ml milk
  • 180 ml white wine
  • 850 g tomato
  • 180 ml beef broth
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat the pan, pour oil and add beef and pork mince, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook for several minutes.
  • When the meat turns brown, add finely chopped onion and carrot, mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Then add finely chopped garlic, mix, and add wine in 2 minutes, and milk, tomato puree and broth (if you don't have broth, water) after 3 minutes. Mix well and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Stir periodically.
  • Add cooked spaghetti to the prepared sauce.
