Granola is an ideal breakfast for me, especially in warm seasons.

Homemade Granola

Homemade granola with Greek yogurt and fruit is ideal breakfast.


  • 400 gram rolled oats
  • 35 gram sunflower seeds
  • 100 gram walnuts
  • 50 gram coconut flakes
  • 50 gram brown sugar
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 gram cranberry (dried)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


  • First of all, put oats, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, and brown sugar in a bowl, add cinnamon and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix honey, olive oil, tahini paste (if you don't have it, remove it or replace it with peanut butter), and salt, pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well with your hands.
  • Put the baking paper in the baking form and transfer the granola, put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Take it out every 10 minutes, stir and turn it over. You will have to withdraw 3 times in total.
  • Allow the baked granola to cool slightly and then add the dried cranberries and chia seeds, mix well. The granola is ready. Serve with Greek yogurt and fruit.

You can use your favorite nuts and dried fruits in granola, you are not limited.
