Homemade granola with Greek yogurt and fruit is ideal breakfast.
Ingredients
400gramrolled oats
35gramsunflower seeds
100gramwalnuts
50gramcoconut flakes
50grambrown sugar
60mlolive oil
2tbsphoney
2tbsptahini
1/2tspsalt
1tspcinnamon
30gramcranberry(dried)
2tbspchia seeds
Instructions
First of all, put oats, pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, and brown sugar in a bowl, add cinnamon and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix honey, olive oil, tahini paste (if you don't have it, remove it or replace it with peanut butter), and salt, pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well with your hands.
Put the baking paper in the baking form and transfer the granola, put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Take it out every 10 minutes, stir and turn it over. You will have to withdraw 3 times in total.
Allow the baked granola to cool slightly and then add the dried cranberries and chia seeds, mix well. The granola is ready. Serve with Greek yogurt and fruit.Bon Appetit!
