Friends, today I am sharing another video recipe with you. I don’t know if I will be able to share a video recipe before the summer, because I start university on Monday, but I will try my best to record 1 video.
As for today’s recipe, it’s quite simple, it doesn’t take much time, if you don’t consider that you have to wait 1 day and then 1 week for it to be prepared. To tell you the truth, I haven’t tried it yet, I couldn’t taste it, but it smells amazing and, as my mother told me, it’s very aromatic.

Coffee liqueur with condensed milk

Servings 1 liter

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp Turkish coffee
  • 500 ml water
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g condensed milk
  • 250 ml vodka
  • 2 cloves
  • 0.5 g cinnamon stick
  • 1 g vanilla sugar

Instructions

  • First of all, brew coffee, for this, put coffee and 150 ml of water in the cezve. Set the brewed coffee aside until you prepare the syrup.
  • To prepare the simple syrup, mix sugar and 250 ml of water in a pot and put it on medium heat, stirring. When the sugar dissolves and the syrup boils, it is ready, remove it from the heat. Cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place cloves, cinnamon, and vanillin in a jar, and pour coffee and half of the syrup. Pour the rest of the syrup into the cezve to add the remaining coffee grounds to the mass in the jar, and add the remaining 100 ml of water. Stir well and cool to room temperature, then add vodka. Mix well and keep for 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, strain 8-10 layers in cheesecloth, add condensed milk, and mix well.
  • Keep the liquor for 1 week in a cold and dark place, after that it is ready. (makes 1 liter).
    Bon Appetit!
