Ingredients

Chocolate mousse

  • 310 ml heavy cream
  • 85 g dark chocolate
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup cocoa

Panna Cotta

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp gelatine powder
  • 310 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract )

Chocolate ganache

  • 85 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • To make chocolate mousse, take a saucepan and add heavy cream, chocolate, and honey to it. Stir the mixture continuously over low heat until the chocolate melts and you get a smooth mixture. Once the chocolate melts, remove the saucepan from the heat and add cocoa. Stir the mixture well again to make sure the cocoa is evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture to serving cups and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Panna cotta: Add gelatin to ¼ cups of milk, stir well, and let stand until the gelatin is dissolved. Meanwhile, place the cream, brown sugar, remaining ¼ cup milk, coffee, and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat and add gelatin; mix well. Spread the mixture over the chocolate mousse. Refrigerate again for at least 4 hours.
  • Chocolate Ganache: Heat the heavy cream and melt the chocolate in it. Stir well. Pour ganache over the prepared dessert.
