Deviled eggs – a great idea to give new life to boiled eggs left after Easter ❤

For the filling, you can use any ingredients you like and have on hand.

Deviled eggs

  • 4 eggs (boiled)
  • 1/2 cup ham (diced)
  • 1/2 cup gouda (grated)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 springs of parsley
  • 1 small pickled cucumber
  • to taste black pepper


  • Cut the egg lengthwise, carefully remove the yolk, and place it in a small bowl.
  • Crush the egg yolks with a fork. Then add diced ham, grated Gouda, finely chopped parsley and pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and blachpepper. Mix well
  • Fill the egg white with the filling. Finally, you can sprinkle paprika to taste.
