Readers of my blog probably know that I don’t like to simply fry either fish or meat, and I’m always looking for a different and tasty marinade to make the meat more moist and aromatic. Today we I to share the recipe of pre-marinated and then baked chicken drumsticks. If you cook it, I’m sure you’ll love it. You need very little time, except for the time required for marinating.
Baked chicken drumsticks with Dijon mustard and lemon
Ingredients
- 2 kg chicken leg quarters
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 bunch of parsley
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Separate chicken quarters into drumsticks and thighs. Cut thighs into 2-3 pieces. In a bowl, mix oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic and parsley, salt, pepper and mix well. Pour this mixture on the pieces of chicken legs, and mix with your hands so that the marinade is evenly distributed on all the pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Grease the baking pan. Transfer the chicken pieces and put the pan in the oven heated to 200°C. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip and bake for another 25 minutes.Bon Appetit!
