Italian cuisine is known for its delicious dishes. Bruschetta is one of its representatives, of which there are many versions, and you can see one of the options on the blog. It can be eaten as a breakfast or as a snack and can also be prepared for parties. Bruschetta has 2 very big pluses, ease of preparation and quick-to-make. The taste exceeds all expectations, it is delicious.

Mushroom Bruschetta

  • 400 g cremini mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • to taste salt & black pepper
  • 8 slices of bread


  • Cut the cleaned mushrooms into thin slices. Pour oil into a pan and heat it, sauté thinly sliced mushrooms for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar, mix well, and let sit for a few minutes until the sugar and balsamic vinegar caramelize. Then add salt and black pepper to your taste. Remove from heat.
  • Toast thin slices of bread in the oven heated to 200°C for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Rub one side of bread with garlic (cut in half).
  • Top bread slices with prepared mushrooms.
