Baked chicken drumsticks with Dijon mustard and lemon

Ingredients
2kgchicken leg quarters
60mlvegetable oil
4cloves of garlic
1/3bunch ofparsley
3tbsplemon juice
2tbspDijon mustard
1tbspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
Instructions
Separate chicken quarters into drumsticks and thighs. Cut thighs into 2-3 pieces.
In a bowl, mix oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic and parsley, salt, pepper and mix well. Pour this mixture on the pieces of chicken legs, and mix with your hands so that the marinade is evenly distributed on all the pieces.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Grease the baking pan. Transfer the chicken pieces and put the pan in the oven heated to 200°C. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip and bake for another 25 minutes.Bon Appetit!
