Friends, I had a long break again in terms of new recipes on the blog, it was the end of the semester and now I started exams at the university and therefore I did not have time, but now I want to tell you two excellent news and I believe that the readers of my blog will be happy. 1) I have fulfilled a long-time dream and have a new, great camera, which will allow me to significantly improve the quality of photos and videos on the blog. 2) From July, I will offer you 2 new video recipes per week, for sure! Each month I will have a certain theme, for example, “Greek cuisine” and the video and text recipes will also be relevant to that theme. I hope that you will like this news and that the number of blog readers will increase.

And now as for today’s recipe, it is very simple, healthy, delicious and, what is quite relevant in this period, fasting.
