Hummus with vegetables is one of my favorite snacks. This version is not only very colorful and beautiful but also very aromatic and tasty.
Roasted Beet Hummus
Colorful, aromatic, tasty and healthy snack.Ingredients
- 300 gram chikpeas (cooked or canned)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 300 gram beet (roasted)
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the food processor. Procces until smooth. If hummus is too thick, you can add 2-3 tbsp boiled water, one by one till you get preferable consistancy. Bon Appetit!
