Roasted Beet Hummus

Colorful, aromatic, tasty and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 300 gram chikpeas (cooked or canned)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 300 gram beet (roasted)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into the food processor. Procces until smooth.
  • If hummus is too thick, you can add 2-3 tbsp boiled water, one by one till you get preferable consistancy.
