I love salads in general, but I would choose this salad. I cook it often and it is really delicious. It doesn’t need a lot of ingredients and a lot of cooking. In a word, it is a wonderful salad and I recommend you to prepare it.

Rice and mushroom salad


  • 400 g canned champignon mushrooms
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • to taste salt & black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


  • Let's cook the rice. Sauté mushrooms in oil. Let's cool. Chop dill and green onion.
  • Mix well all the ingredients: cooked rice, sauteed mushrooms, chopped green onions and dill, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.
