I love salads in general, but I would choose this salad. I cook it often and it is really delicious. It doesn’t need a lot of ingredients and a lot of cooking. In a word, it is a wonderful salad and I recommend you to prepare it.
Rice and mushroom salad
Ingredients
- 400 g canned champignon mushrooms
- 2 cups rice
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- to taste salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Let's cook the rice. Sauté mushrooms in oil. Let's cool. Chop dill and green onion. Mix well all the ingredients: cooked rice, sauteed mushrooms, chopped green onions and dill, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.Bon Appetit!
