This salad is completely different and delicious. Adding milk to the sauce scared me a bit, but I added it anyway and did it right. Each detail created a new, very good taste. It is quite easy to prepare and half an hour is enough to have a delicious dinner ready.
Veggie and chicken pasta salad
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 10 olives
- 4 pickled cucumbers
- 4-5 green onions
Dressing
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- to taste salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Then rinse with cold water and place in a bowl.
- Cook and cool the chicken breast.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients, and pour over the pasta, and mix well.
- Grate the carrot, cut the red bell pepper, pickled cucumber, green onion, and olives into cubes. Shred chicken breast.
- Add shredded chicken and chopped vegetables to the pasta, mix and the salad is ready.Bon Appetit!
