This salad is completely different and delicious. Adding milk to the sauce scared me a bit, but I added it anyway and did it right. Each detail created a new, very good taste. It is quite easy to prepare and half an hour is enough to have a delicious dinner ready.

Veggie and chicken pasta salad

Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 8


  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 10 olives
  • 4 pickled cucumbers
  • 4-5 green onions


  • 125 ml mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • to taste salt & black pepper


  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Then rinse with cold water and place in a bowl.
  • Cook and cool the chicken breast.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients, and pour over the pasta, and mix well.
  • Grate the carrot, cut the red bell pepper, pickled cucumber, green onion, and olives into cubes. Shred chicken breast.
  • Add shredded chicken and chopped vegetables to the pasta, mix and the salad is ready.
