Rice and mushroom salad
Ingredients

g
canned champignon mushrooms
2
cups
rice
1
bunch of
dill
1
bunch of
green onions
200
ml
mayonnaise
to taste
salt & black pepper
2
tbsp
vegetable oil
Instructions
Let's cook the rice. Sauté mushrooms in oil. Let's cool. Chop dill and green onion.
Mix well all the ingredients: cooked rice, sauteed mushrooms, chopped green onions and dill, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.
