Today, I am sharing with you a very simple, quick, and delicious dinner recipe from Italian cuisine.

Pasta Puttanesca

  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 800 g peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup capper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt
  • 500 g spaghetti


  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Add finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add chopped tomatoes, olives, cappers, and red pepper flakes. Stir. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the water from the cooked spaghetti and add it to the prepared sauce. Mix well.
  • While serving, you can add grated parmesan and finely chopped parsley.
