Pasta Puttanesca
Ingredients
- 60 ml olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 800 g peeled tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/4 cup capper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- to taste salt
- 500 g spaghetti
Instructions
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add chopped tomatoes, olives, cappers, and red pepper flakes. Stir. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the water from the cooked spaghetti and add it to the prepared sauce. Mix well. While serving, you can add grated parmesan and finely chopped parsley.Bon Appetit!
