Today I am sharing a recipe for a delicious, aromatic, colorful, and healthy dish – Greek Chicken.

Greek Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2/3 cup black olives
  • 30 g feta cheese
  • to taste salt & black pepper


  • Place 2 cm thick diced bell peppers, diced onions, lemon slices, and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl mix finely chopped garlic, olive oil, paprika, and oregano.
  • Pour a third of the sauce over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to spread the sauce evenly over the vegetables.
  • Put the pieces of chicken fillet on the vegetables, and pour with the remaining sauce.
  • Put it in an oven heated to 200°C and bake for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, remove, and add olives and feta. Bake again for 5-10 minutes.
