Baked apples always remind me of my childhood. I used to bake them in the oven, and they had an amazing aroma; nothing needed to be added, and they turned out delicious. Now, I decided to bake it in the oven and make a filling from oats and other tasty additions. It turned out amazing. The whole house was filled with a fabulous aroma, and the taste exceeded expectations.

  • Fill the apple and quince "bowls" with this filling.
  • Put apples and quince in a deep baking dish, and pour water next to the fruit. Place in an oven heated to 200°C degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Baking time depends on both the type of apple and your oven. Quince will take longer.
