Cut the head off the apples, remove about a third of the core with the help of a spoon or knife, so that you get a kind of bowl from the apple pulp. Cut the quince lengthwise and create a "bowl" in it.
Place all the filling ingredients in one bowl and mix well.
Fill the apple and quince "bowls" with this filling.
Put apples and quince in a deep baking dish, and pour water next to the fruit. Place in an oven heated to 200°C degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Baking time depends on both the type of apple and your oven. Quince will take longer.Bon Appetit!
