Today I am sharing another recipe for vegan biscuits. It is very easy and quick to prepare. It only takes a few ingredients and in the end you will get very tasty and aromatic cookies :).

Vegan biscuits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white cherry jam juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 100 g margarine (softened)
- 3 tsp orange zest
- 2 g vanilla sugar
- 3 cups flour
Instructions
- Mix the jam juice and sugar and put it on medium heat, stirring so that the sugar dissolves well.
- When it foams, get off. Separately, beat the margarine and add the jam mass. Beat well, when we get a homogeneous mass, add flour and knead soft dough.
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Dust the baking form with flour and arrange the biscuits in the desired shape. These biscuits bake soon, be careful, not to burn them.Bon Appetit!
