Today I am sharing another recipe for vegan biscuits. It is very easy and quick to prepare. It only takes a few ingredients and in the end you will get very tasty and aromatic cookies :).

Vegan biscuits


  • 1/2 cup white cherry jam juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 100 g margarine (softened)
  • 3 tsp orange zest
  • 2 g vanilla sugar
  • 3 cups flour


  • Mix the jam juice and sugar and put it on medium heat, stirring so that the sugar dissolves well.
  • When it foams, get off. Separately, beat the margarine and add the jam mass. Beat well, when we get a homogeneous mass, add flour and knead soft dough.
  • Heat the oven to 180°C. Dust the baking form with flour and arrange the biscuits in the desired shape. These biscuits bake soon, be careful, not to burn them.
