On the blog’s Facebook page, there was a request to post some drinks, and another request was to post dietary dishes and recipes related to proper nutrition in general. Milkshake certainly fulfills the first and second requests. It is very healthy, low-calorie, and can be prepared in 1 minute with these two benefits.
Raspberry Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raspberry
- 2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
Instructions
- Place all three ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Bon Appetit!
