Potato and cabbage salad


  • 1 small fresh cabbage
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt


  • Cut the cabbage leaves into large pieces.
  • Boil and cool the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
  • Cut greens finely, onions into rounds, and bell pepper into long pieces.
  • Mix all these ingredients, add salt (to taste), pour olive oil, and mix.
