Simple, refreshing and delicious homemade iced tea.

Peach iced tea

Servings 6


Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large peaches


  • 1.5 l boiling water
  • 3 tea bags


  • To prepare the syrup, thinly slice the peaches, place them in a saucepan, add sugar and water and place over medium heat. Stir periodically, bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Crush the peaches a little, cool the syrup for about 30 minutes.
    Then strain it through a colander.
  • Place tea bags in boiling water, stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Then take out the tea bags. Let the tea cool.
  • Add the cooled peach syrup to the cooled tea, stir and put it back in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours.
