Peach iced tea
Ingredients
Simple Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large peaches
Also
- 1.5 l boiling water
- 3 tea bags
Instructions
- To prepare the syrup, thinly slice the peaches, place them in a saucepan, add sugar and water and place over medium heat. Stir periodically, bring to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Crush the peaches a little, cool the syrup for about 30 minutes.Then strain it through a colander.
- Place tea bags in boiling water, stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Then take out the tea bags. Let the tea cool.
- Add the cooled peach syrup to the cooled tea, stir and put it back in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours.Bon Appetit!
