Pasta with Asian aromas.

Pasta with vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame seeds

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pcs. carrot
  • 2 pcs. red bell pepper
  • 150 g brussels sprout
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • to taste red pepper
  • 1/2 cup water


  • Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water, then drain in cold water and set aside.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the carrot and bulgar into thin and long pieces, and cut the Brussels sprouts lengthwise.
  • Heat a deep pan and add oil. Add onion and garlic, and saute; in a few minutes, add carrots and Brussels sprouts. Mix well, continue sauteing for 3-4 minutes, then add water, cover with a lid, and continue cooking. When the water dries up, add bell pepper and mix well again.
  • After 2-3 minutes, add soy sauce, cooked pasta, coriander, red pepper and sesame seeds. Mix well and the dish is ready.
