Pasta with Asian aromas.
Pasta with vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame seeds
Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 pcs. carrot
- 2 pcs. red bell pepper
- 150 g brussels sprout
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp coriander
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- to taste red pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water, then drain in cold water and set aside.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the carrot and bulgar into thin and long pieces, and cut the Brussels sprouts lengthwise.
- Heat a deep pan and add oil. Add onion and garlic, and saute; in a few minutes, add carrots and Brussels sprouts. Mix well, continue sauteing for 3-4 minutes, then add water, cover with a lid, and continue cooking. When the water dries up, add bell pepper and mix well again.
- After 2-3 minutes, add soy sauce, cooked pasta, coriander, red pepper and sesame seeds. Mix well and the dish is ready.Bon Appetit!
