It is one of my favorite desserts. I haven’t made it in a long time and I was happy to make it today. You’ll probably agree that it’s delicious <3 It’s not difficult to prepare, if you love it, make sure to make it, pamper yourself with a delicious dessert.

Mini tarts

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 280-300 g flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 3 egg yolks

Meringue:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 120-150 g sugar
  • 2 g vanilla sugar

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, salt and sugar. Add cubed, softened butter and crumble it well with your hands.
  • Then, add three egg yolks. Make the dough. Add 1-2 tbsp of water if it does not stick well
  • Press small balls into the mini tart forms (grease in advance). Prick the base with a fork.
  • Bake at 170-180 °C.
  • Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. When you get a sponge-like mass, add sugar in 3 parts. When it dissolves well, beat in sugared vanilla.
  • Cool the baked tart crusts, put the desired jam in the heart (1 tsp), and decorate with meringue. Sprinkle with colored sugar candies.
