Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, salt and sugar. Add cubed, softened butter and crumble it well with your hands.
Then, add three egg yolks. Make the dough. Add 1-2 tbsp of water if it does not stick well
Press small balls into the mini tart forms (grease in advance). Prick the base with a fork.
Bake at 170-180 °C.
Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. When you get a sponge-like mass, add sugar in 3 parts. When it dissolves well, beat in sugared vanilla.
Cool the baked tart crusts, put the desired jam in the heart (1 tsp), and decorate with meringue. Sprinkle with colored sugar candies.Bon Appetit!
