Cream cheese truffles
Ingredients
- 150 g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1.5 cup powdered sugar
- 250 g chocolate
- 2 g vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup walnut
Instructions
Blend the walnuts, but do not crush them too much. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer on low speed for 10 seconds, then gradually add powdered sugar and beat on low speed. Melt the chocolate, cool it a little, and add it to the cream cheese, add vanilla sugar, and mix it well. Put the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to harden. Make balls of the desired size and roll them in cocoa and walnuts.Bon Appetit!
