This is a delicious salad that is easy to make.
Beef and cabbage salad
Ingredients
- 300 g beef
- 200 g cabbage
- 4 bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
- 1 bunch of green onion
- 1 bunch of dill
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- to taste salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the cabbage, add salt layer by layer and leave for half an hour.
- Boil the meat, remove the fatty parts, and chop it finely.
- Squeeze the cabbage well and add it to the meat.
- Chop the bell pepper thinly and lengthwise, also chop dill, and green onion, mix it all well, and add mayonnaise, black pepper, and salt (if the cabbage is not salty enough) to taste. Mix well.Bon Appetit!
