Omelet Muffins

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 40 g gouda
  • 1 cup Bonduel "Mexican Salad"
  • 2-3 pcs. green onion
  • 25-30 g spinach
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt & black pepper


  • Place eggs and milk in a bowl and whisk.
  • Once it foams, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Grease the muffin tin with oil. Fill the forms with the prepared mass up to ¾.
  • Put it in the oven heated to 175°C degrees, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
