
French Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 125 ml heavy cream (35 % fat content)
- 230 gram bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate thinly.
- Pour milk and cream into a small pot, add vanilla, stir, and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate and stir well until the chocolate is completely melted. If the mass has cooled down, you can return it to the fire for a while.Bon Appetit!
