Potatoes baked with the skin need much less fat than fried potatoes and contain dietary fiber. Two hundred grams of potatoes—4 g—includes 10-15% of the daily norm.
Baked potato wedges
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2/3 tsp basil
- 2/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- to taste red chilli flakes
- to taste salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the well-washed and dried potatoes lengthwise, and cut each part into pieces about 1 cm thick.
- Mix the spices together in a bowl.
- Lay the baking paper on the baking sheet, spread the potato wedges on it, sprinkle half of the spices, mix and sprinkle the other half, mix, pour oil, mix again, and spread evenly on the surface of the baking pan.
- Place in the oven heated to 220°C degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.Bon Appetit!
