Omelet Muffins
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 40 g gouda
- 1 cup Bonduel "Mexican Salad"
- 2-3 pcs. green onion
- 25-30 g spinach
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- to taste salt & black pepper
Instructions
- Place eggs and milk in a bowl and whisk.
- Once it foams, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Grease the muffin tin with oil. Fill the forms with the prepared mass up to ¾.
- Put it in the oven heated to 175°C degrees, and bake for 20-25 minutes.Bon Appetit!
