Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and beat it a little with a fork or hand whisk, then add the whole egg and egg yolk and mix well. Then add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and mix well, and finally add sour cream and raisins.
Add 1/2 cup flour to a plate. Roll small balls of cottage cheese mixture into the flour, then you can shape them.
Heat the pan, pour oil and fry the cottage cheese pancakes on both sides, they should get a nice golden color.Bon Appetit!
