Melt the butter on a hot pan, place the chicken skin side down on the pan, fry on both sides, then cut into desired pieces.
Boil the milk until it reduces to 300 ml.
Place the chicken pieces in a ketsi or pan. Add the remaining fat after frying the chicken to the milk, salt, crushed garlic, mix and pour over the chicken.
