Finely chop the onion, and cut the carrot and potato into cubes.
Heat the pot, pour oil, and cook the onion, when it softens, add carrots and potatoes, mix well, then add tomato paste. After 3-4 minutes, add well-washed lentils and mix.
Pour 1.5 liters water.
When the water boils, simmer for 25 minutes on low heat.
Blend, add salt, and, if desired, water until the desired consistency is obtained.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
