Beat the eggs for 5 minutes with a mixer at high speed. Then add sugar and beat well again, the mass should become very light yellow, almost white. Add vanilla and mix well.
Then sift flour and baking powder (or baking soda) and mix with a mixer on low speed.
Heat the milk and melt the butter in it. Then add to the batter and beat with a mixer at low speed. You will get a slightly thinner mass than the batter to be poured.
Heat the oven to 180°C degrees. Grease the baking form with oil and place the batter. Bake for about 30 minutes. Bon Appetit!
