Green pea hummus

Total Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 1/4 cup coriander
  • 1 cup chickpeas (canned or cooked)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (+1 tbsp for serving)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Place all hummus ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • When serving, drizzle a little olive oil on top and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
