Beat eggs and sugar together until the mass doubles. Add heavy cream, dissolve baking soda in matsoni/plain yogurt, add it, and beat well. Then pour oil. Mix, when mixed well, add lemon and orange zest.
Add flour, enough to make a thin batter. Heat the oven to medium temperature. Grease the baking form with oil and transfer the batter. Bake for about 25 minutes.Bon Appetit!
