Energy balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dates (pitted)
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions 

  • Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes, then drain the water.
  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and combine.
  • You will get a sticky mass. Make balls of the desired size.
