In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.
Add corn kernels, finely chopped coriander, beaten egg, milk, and grated cheese. Mix well.
Fry the flitters on an oiled heated pan. Use four tablespoons of the prepared mixture for each flitter. Each side will take 3-4 minutes. While turning, press the flitters.
Flitters are ready when they get a nice golden color.Serve with sour cream and green onions.Bon Appetit!
