Classic Hummus

Ingredients
3
cups
chickpeas
(boiled or canned )
1/3
cup
tahini
2
cloves of
garlic
1
lemon juice
to taste
salt

extra virgin olive oil
(for serving)
Instructions
Put chickpeas and finely chopped garlic in a blender or food processor and blend for a few minutes.
Then add ice, tahini paste, lemon juice, and salt, and turn on the blender. When you get the creamy mixture, it is ready.
If you want your hummus to be a little thinner, you can add hot water and blend again for a few minutes.
While serving, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with some chickpeas, and arrange olives (optional).

Notes
If you use canned chickpeas, be sure to rinse the water.
