Add salt to the corn flour, stir, pour in the mineral water, and knead the dough.
Add the corn kernels and grated sulguni cheese, and knead again thoroughly.
Shape the dough as you like; I prefer round shapes. Fry in a heated, oiled pan on both sides. The heat should be medium-low.
