Cake roll with jam

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • jam
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions 

  • Separate the egg white and yolk. Add water to the egg whites and beat until you get a foamy mass, slowly add sugar, then egg yolks and honey. Beat well.
  • Finally, sift in the flour and mix carefully with a silicone spatula. Put parchment paper on the baking form, apply a little oil, and spread the dough, bake in an oven heated to 180 °C. It will take about 8 minutes.
  • Transfer the sponge cake to a wet tea towel, carefully remove the paper, spread the jam, and roll it carefully with the help of the towel. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
