Place the water, vegan butter/margarine, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat and stir. When the butter and sugar have melted and the water is hot enough to scald your hands, remove from heat.
Mix 2 cups of flour, salt, and yeast in a separate bowl, pour the liquid, add 2 tbsp water, and knead the dough, then add the remaining flour. You may need to add more flour, about half a cup. Cover the dough with a tea towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
Blend raspberries and blackberries with sugar.
Roll out the puffed dough to a thickness of about 1 centimeter, spread the berry filling, roll it up, and cut it into 3-4 centimeter thick slices.
Grease the baking form and spread the rolls so that there is a distance of 2-3 centimeters between them.
